The Virgin Mary lies on her deathbed surrounded by the apostles, while Christ stands behind her holding her soul as a small child. It is part of the Zhovkva iconostasis (1697-1699) by Ivan Rutkovych, now in the Andrey Sheptytsky National Museum in Lviv, Ukraine.
