This is a coloring page of Saint Jeanne Elizabeth des Bichier des Anges (1773-1838). She became a Carmelite nun after her mother died. She went on to co-found the Daughters of the Cross with St. André-Hubert Fournet. Her religious order aimed to provide care and faith formation for the poor and sick. In this image, care for the sick is represented by a medical cross, and faith formation is symbolized by the catechist's book in her left hand. By Jeanne’s death in 1838, there were over 60 houses in France that the order had started.
