Allegory of Peace and Justice (1717, Italy) by Carlo Carlone - Public Domain Catholic Painting
Details:
Justice and peace, according to Catholic Social Teaching, are closely intertwined[1][2]. The pursuit of justice is essential for achieving peace, and love for all people demands that we promote peace in a world surrounded by violence and conflict[1]. All human beings possess an equal and inalienable worth due to their creation in the image of God[2], and the Church's understanding of society is expressed through its teachings on justice and peace.
